Agreements (Contracts)

Agreements, also referred to as Master Subscription Agreements (MSA) or Contracts, are the top-level legal entities that define the relationship between SureInk and a Customer.

Overview​

An Agreement serves as the umbrella for all subscriptions and licenses. It typically includes:

  • Terms of Service: The legal framework.
  • Start and End Dates: The validity period of the agreement.
  • Status: Active, Expired, or Terminated.

Integration with Salesforce​

Agreements are often imported from Salesforce (where they are called Contracts) via the Connector Service. The platform synchronizes:

  • Contract Start/End Dates
  • Associated Account (Customer)
  • Status updates
