Projects

Projects represent a specific engagement or scope of work for a Customer. They are an optional organizational entity that can be used to group Subscriptions.

Overview

Projects allow for organizing multiple agreements or subscriptions under a single customer entity, but they are not required for the core subscription lifecycle.

• Scope: Defines the boundaries of a specific implementation or usage context.
• Hierarchy: Customers -> Projects (Optional) -> Subscriptions.
• Flexibility: A Subscription can be associated with zero, one, or multiple Projects.
