The SureInk Platform is designed to be highly interoperable, connecting with industry-standard CRM, accounting, and payment systems. These integrations minimize manual data entry and ensure that business intelligence is consistent across all platforms.

Our most comprehensive integration, synchronizing full customer lifecycles, product catalogs, and opportunity states.

QuickBooks​

Ensures financial parity by syncing SureInk transactions and customers directly into your QuickBooks Online ledger.

Stripe​

Handles secure credit card processing, checkout sessions, and automated subscription billing via webhooks.

WooCommerce​

Connects external e-commerce storefronts to the SureInk provisioning engine for automated license delivery.

Common Architecture​

All native integrations are hosted within the Connector Service (sureink-connector). This microservice provides a unified environment for:

  • OAuth2 Credential Management: Secure handling of third-party tokens.
  • Webhook Ingestion: High-availability endpoints for receiving real-time updates.
  • Scheduled Synchronization: Background tasks that reconcile data disparities.
