Core Entities​

Envelope​

The container for documents to be signed.

  • Key Fields:
    • status: Workflow state (e.g., Sent, Delivered, Completed).
    • subject: Email subject line.

Signature​

An individual signer's action.

  • Key Fields:
    • signerEmail: Who needs to sign.
    • status: Has this person signed yet?

Relationships​

Envelope -> Agreement​

  • Type: One-to-One
  • Description: An Agreement generation process triggers the creation of an Envelope.
